And we're back! That was a quick 2 years... :shock:

Anyway, I finally finished my stand and brewed on it this weekend. I even took some pics and signed up for another blasted account online. All in all, it was a joy to brew on something other than saw horses and to be tripping on things as I moved them around. A few tweaks I'll make for sure, but all in all, it was well worth the wait :wink: If anyone is considering building a stand from angle iron, I would definitely do it. No welding, easy to modify, and relatively cheap - maybe $200 in materials and hardware.

Looks Great!!!! Yes it is a much better brew day with a stand!!

Thanks! Thought all my speedy hard work may go unnoticed :)

Just one so far. Should be doing another here soon. Next add is to wire an outlet and switch for the pump.

Building this as we speak. I also bought high temp paint. My question is should i do a dummy round to burn off the zinc and then paint? or if i paint it right away and then use would that screw thing up the the funes and zonc burning off?
