is there a program out there that lets you put together recipes for wines like beersmith does for beers?

Do you mean fruit-based wines, or vinifera wines? And by vinifera I guess there would be a distinction between ones made from concentrate and those made from crushed grapes.

Any program that will keep track of all my recipes, but geared more towards winemaking instead of beer.

yes, but the only one i was able to find was one that was just like beersmith, but it only let you store your recipes online. I like to have a stand alone program like beersmith. I guess im going to have to keep looking.

We've had very good luck with the Red Wine Manual from More Wine. It has really helped us clear up some issues. Also, there is a calculator we use, http://www.wineadds.com/, as well as http://www.iwinemaker.com/. So much of winemaking is stylistic choices, such as the yeast and the oak and fermentation times. Some winemakers enjoy sharing and talking about what works and what doesn't and some of those secrets aren't shared readily. We appreciate when anyone helps us, so we're of the mindset that sharing is better. Good luck in your search!

Try www.vinotrac.com It is not a recipe builder per say like beersmith but then the ingredients (grapes) always have different parameters (brix, ta, pH, etc.) which would make that tough.
