I have started to make wine 3 month ago and I know to make the wine from fresh grapes only.
However, vintage days are very short and there are long months of waiting for the next season of fresh grapes.
I have never dealt with kits and it's completely confused me because I can't understand what I exactly buy.

What does this volume: "10 liters / 2.5 US Gallons - yields 23 liters / 6 US Gallons" mean ?
Is there concentrate juice which was preserved, packed and need to be diluted with the fresh water ?
Does the product include yeasts ?
Does it come with skin and seeds ?
What parameters does juice has ( PH, Brix, etc.. ) ?
Did they add Bi-Sulfide ?
