hi, well in the same day i brewed:
a 5 gal mango melomel, added fruit to primary, added 12 pounds of sweet mangos.
a 5 gal batch of a strawberry mead, added fruit on the primary, added 10 pounds of strawberrys.
i used fermaid k, dap, pure oxygen, and lalvin 118.
this melomels were brewed about 2 months ago, still sitting in primary, but these 2 have clarifiend and im worried about my final gravity, its at 1.040 after two months.....
also i brewed 3 1 gal batches, 2 pounds of honey in each one, added, lalvin 118, blanc de blancs, and pasteur champange yeast.
the lalvin mead, is clear already still siting in primary but the gravity is at 1.030
the blanc, is not clear but sitting in primary and gravity 1.045
and the champagne yeast is about 1.40.
i was told that this lalvin yeast would finish dry, but how much should i expect?
