Batches 1, 2, and 3 now sold out

Postby gr8nhbrewer » Wed Jul 07, 2010 12:23 pm

Retail stores have just cleared out my entire inventory, which is perfect.... well for now, I have to make more mead, which is a great, and it's awesome that I have 200+ gallons in fermenters right now.

Here's the quick recap, just finished bottling and labeling up Desire* last night. Today a friend of mine, who owns White Birch Brewing, is printing up the labels I need for my second batch, Kisses. Tonight will be busy, as I have to make deliveries, bottle, and label for tomorrow nights deliveries.

Desire, and Kisses will be in stores tomorrow. These extremely limited meads, will be available at Bert's Better Beers (Hookset NH), and The Drinkery (Londonderry NH).

*Desire is based off of Curt Stock's triple berry (gov. won't let it be called that, because cherries aren't a berry), anyway my version took BOS at the 4th NERHBC.

Kisses, is a semi-sweet melomel, made with 28lbs of strawberries, and 26 lbs of honey in an 8 gallon batch.

Sales reported to have taken place, 5 minutes after delivery.

If ever I can lend a hand, offer advice, etc. let me know! The biggest hurdle in this entire process was believing in my self and just doing it. With my first day of public release (oh JP that sounds bleep'able) to have sold out, just with 2 stores. Wow. However fear not, that was 20 gallons, 300+ gallons are in various stages of fermentation.
