Beautiful! I've always wanted to be a beekeeper, and I'm trying my hand at meads and some of their variations right now, along with homebrewing beer. Makes me want to do more...

Great video; thanks for sharing. I love your labels. I also found a link on your website to a distributor that ships to NC. I will order some today.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've been fortunate enough to try Michael's carbonated melomel and it was fantastic. Congrats! You're living the dream, man...

Working hard to land a distributor in CA, we have one for the AHA craft brewers conf.

Here's the ones I am planning on bringing out for the event.

Utopian - Being introduced at the event, Traditional Mead aged in a Sam Adams Utopias cask.
Kurt's Apple Pie - Dessert like sweet, apples, honey, cinnamon, vanilla.
Red Dress - Red Currants, Honey, semi-sweet to sweet, some tartness from currants.
Mischief - Black raspberry and honey, huge amount of deep rich black raspberries very sweet.
Kamasumatra - Sumatra coffee and Madagascar-bourbon vanilla with honey sweet and delicious.

Great piece congrats ! Now I know what to do with my old plastic conical. One question what temp does mead need to ferment.

I shoot to never have the mead get above 72 when fermenting, keeping the room around 64
