That's very cool ...

I gotta see if I can get your mead here in Maryland.

Very cool write up.

I have a question, with mead production in it's infancy stage but rapidly increasing in both production and consumption, will there be a honey shortage in the future ? I have been hearing about the honeybee numbers dwindling too. Is there a plan to rectify this situation within the industry ?

That is a great article Michael - congratulations.

Interesting question. Would need to look and see as a % of overall honey usage, how much goes to mead production. I did a quick web search and couldn't find any charts - but I suspect it's quite a small % of the overall honey market.

Our club has a Mead tasting once a year, at the last one we had a couple bottles of your mead and both were very well received. Congratulations!!!

That is awesome. Congrats! Got to get some here in NC as well. I checked my local "Total Wine" but they did not have any on the shelf. I will ask about ordering the next time I am in.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
