Sack sweet mead attempt.
I have actually brewed meads before but now I venture into sack sweet terrority.
My main questions is i want to do a 3 gallon batch but should I use White labs 720 sweet mead yeast vials or something like R-2, D-47, Qa23?
I plan on using approx 10.8 lbs honey for a 3 gal batch. enough honey?
