I've got a mead that's been in the fermenter for a few months now. It's honey, 100% tart cherry juice and water. Fermented with cote des blanc yeast, OG. 1.115. This fermented a bit slow and has now stopped at 1.021. I have added yeast nutrient and re-pitched yeast. I would expect it to taste sweet but it doesn't. It taste's fairly dry. Could this be a PH problem? If so is there anything I can do about it?

I have made several meads and never had this problem before. It is the first time I've used cherries in a mead though.

Any advice would be great.

I am no expert in regards to mead but i'm pretty sure doing a staggered nutrient addition during the process helps get higher attenuation rather then throwing all the nutrients in at one time
