The beer is probably enjoyed by less people than actually like it. -Me

They let the s**t hit the fan then they made a plan. Yep we all have a lot to drink about.

1.078 - A little on the light side for a nice cold weather stout, wouldn't you say?

/just kidding!

Have you ever noticed that the napkin that comes sealed in a plastic bag with the fork, spoon, & condiments smells like the essence of black pepper? It has HUGE black pepper aroma! I'm pretty certain that Christopher Walken is behind this....

I think the Shakespear Stout clone I did dry hopped with Cascade. Be careful though, you don't want to oxidize your beer by dry hopping due to the oxygen trapped in the whole hops. :x :x
On tap: Oaked Old Ale, Rootbeer, Accidental Amber, Kolsch with a K, Pure Kolsch,
N German Alt, DW, Peek A Boo Porter, Cool Hand's IPA

Fermenting: Punkin' Braggot

On Deck: Sweet Annie Brown, Red Kolsch

Dude, you look like s**t.

I don't like much hop character of any kind in my stouts, but you are going in the American stout direction. I say go for it.
