Beer and Blood sugar level

Post by clem24 » Mon Aug 21, 2017 1:32 am

Can beer really cause blood sugar to increase or decrease? Is anyone experiencing any? I just found out from the blood sugar level chart that my blood sugar is really on the high side.Been a serious drinker for more than 2 years now...

Yes it can and I have personal proof. I was pre diabetic and went from 2-3 pints a day to 4 oz. a day and my blood sugar went back to to normal. Exercise helps, too.
