Grain Bill:
3.3 lb. Pilsen LME
2 lb. Pilsen DME
12 oz. Pilsen malt
8 oz. Carapils

HOPS
.5 oz. Bittering- undecided
.75 oz. Flavoring-undecided
.25 oz. Aroma- undecided

Why the Pilsen malt with using the LME and DME That malt needs to be mashed inorder to convert. and at 12oz it won't lend much to the beer.

Hey i have found an information from website search..

50 IBU
6.7 % ABV
15.0 plato
Malts: Pale, Caramel 10L
Hops: alchemy, cascade
Cold fermented

Is it correct ?
