Deschutes Obsidian Stout Recipe??

Someone made a post of Deschutes recipes in another post. I saw the info on the grain/hop bill. There are no amounts and I'm not smart enough to do any calculations. I'm hoping someone has worked out a good clone.

0.66# CaraPils
0.66# Light Munich
0.66# Wheat Malt
0.11# Roasted Barley

30g Galena 13% @ 90min
30g Willamette 5% @ 30min
30g Northern Brewer 9% @ 5min

Mash Temp: 149F-150F, Boil Time 90min

Yeast : WLP002
Ferment Temp: 65F 1-2 days and slowly raise temp after 2 days
