Add some cacao nibs in secondary and make a milk chocolate stout. Try to serve that one to friends that don't know beer and they'll ask if there's really chocolate milk in with the beer.
I did that with my chocolate vanilla imperial porter... Everyone was drinking it thinking 'wow this is so sweet and smooth', meanwhile not thinking about the fact their getting hammered!
