I brewed this back in February and bottled it two weeks ago.

7 lbs. Bestmaltz pilsner malt
mash at 150 for 60 minutes
.33 oz. mittlefrueh to first wort hop
.875 oz. mittlefrueh for 60 minutes
pinch of irish moss plus
.25 tsp. nutrient for 15 minutes
.33 oz. mittlefrueh for 6 minutes
.125 oz. mittlefrueh to steep
1 pack S-34/70
3 weeks at 50
7 weeks at 34
I tried one yesterday and am well pleased.
