I just wanted to note that it's apparently only 25mL of Hazelnut Extract, not 2 oz. BJ said it's a typo on B3's site after I inquired.

Maybe it's time to update some of these for hop replacements. I received Mt Hood instead of EKG in my last order of ESB.

Mark's Witbier recipe calls for the Saaz at 5 minutes, but Gary's converted Promash recipe has all the hops at 60 minutes plus B3's site says there are no finishing hops. Which is it?

IBU = 104.2
OG = 1.068
FG = 1.017
SRM = 11.55
ABV = 6.76%

Results produced by Beer Tools Pro 1.5.2

I'm brewing this up next Thursday, but I'm taking the IBUs down to 77.7 - closer to the 72 that is listed on the bottle (plus I only have 2.8 oz of Chinook).
