I'll start this one:

B3 PORTER

7 lbs. Ultralight Malt Extract
4 oz. Maltodextrin

1 lb. Crystal 40L
8 oz. Black Patent
4 0z. Chocolate

1 oz. Northern Brewer Hops - 60 minute
1 oz. Cascade Hops - 1 minute

Whirfloc

WLP002 - English Ale

Est. OG - 1.050-1.055

I feel so ashamed. In my defense, this was brewed for my sister and she took all 2 cases with her when she left after Easter... :oops: :oops:

I would post some but I have too many, if anyone wants one, I porably have the list of ingredients. I've brewed almost all of them but the american amber, lite version, barleywine and bock.

1 oz magnum (bittering)
2 oz Willamette (flavoring, last 5 minutes of boil)
2 oz Cascade (aroma, last 1 minute of boil)

1 whirfloc (last 20 minutes of boil

WL Cal Ale

Special Instructions : "This beer is very powerful. If you can let it age for 1-2 months in the bottle or keg, the flavors will blend nicely."
