Not cream cheese but triple butter cream cheese. Kinda like a brie. Anyone have a good recipe?

Hi Kris,

While I have not make a triple cream, (St. Andre...mmmm), from what I have read, the triple creams are made from milk with 70% cream.

I would use a Camembert recipe and use 70% cream.
