I had it several years ago when I was lucky enough to get a tour of the brewery. Our group was at the cafe down the lane from the monastery waiting for our guide to get out of a meeting when I got to try it along with the best (and freshest) Orval beer I'd every had.
IIRC, it doesn't stand out in any particulary way. Not stinky; just kind of a neutral cheese. They served it with mustard and what tasted like celery salt.
I haven't seen it in the US.
