BC's Pizza and Beer

Postby Rachel » Mon May 12, 2008 2:39 pm

In Clovis, CA. They offer over 100 beers (not all on tap), have really great pizza with numerous choices for toppings, and you can even fill out an around the world beer card and when it's full you get an engraved brass plate on the wall that can say whatever you want it to say! Aside from really great pizza, they have this awesome pesto bread and even have Gulden Draak on tap.
I like my beer how I like my women...Czech.

On Tap: nothing :'(
In Progress: Hard Cherry Cider
To Brew: Wild Hop Honey Ale from Homebrewer's Garden book, Urquell clone, Lavendar Ale (and since I'm a chick I am going to dye it purple), more and more OBCA

Slowly but surely. There are too reasons I don't drink more when we go. One, you like to drink too and someone needs to drive. Two, it's cheaper to drink at home. But they're beer selection is mighty tempting, that's for sure!

Sounds like more money for you guys, which equals more brew gear! I see a brew sculpture in your future!

I was thinking rent and getting the card paid off, though I'm sure brewing ingredients will not be neglected either.

Unfortunately a brewing sculpture is out of the question.
