Brewers Code

If you want to talk about something not related to one of the topics above, then you post it here. Still, no selling stuff, no political rants, no arguing about all the stupid stuff in the world. This is an auto-pruned forum, so topics that are not posted to frequently will automatically drop off.

Don't do anything that might cause your brothers to lose their juice boxes, chiclets and or require them to take a nap when they are not tired.

I'll remind people... thou shalt not spam the brewer's code thread in order to increase thy post count...

Edit: and I'll add... when I delete a post, it removes it from your postcount so spamming this thread is to no avail (except to give me extra work to do when I clean it up).

I would never do that... There are alternatives..

Such as selling it to the neighbors..

or bottle it and sell it to school kids (they don't know the difference between good beer and bad, just tell them to man up and drink it)

Or putting it in bowls out in the woods for all the squirrels, bear, cougars, raccoon, and deer and what not to enjoy..

Pour it in with used grain and hops and give it to the neighbors horses and donkeys and goats...

Put it in milk jugs and give it to the drunk homeless guys under the bridge for Christmas.. Or if it's not Christmas, tell them it's their birthday.. they can't remember anyways.. Heck, tell them it's Christmas.. they won't know..

Condition it longer and use it as paint stripper.....

Just my way of giving back!

Most important rule.. (on a much more serious note)

After you pour the first glass, and before you drink it.. Always remember to give thanks to God in Heaven for the great blessing of beer that He has given us to enjoy and be nourished by at the end of the workday......

I do... I am very grateful... 8)

I've never been very good with that whole "rule" concept in general.....

What the heck is 'ninkasi' anyways.. That's definitely a new one on me...
Is that related in any way to "Festuvus?"

If beer is a 'vice'.. then you're doing it wrong...
Beer is 'good'... not 'bad'..
