2015 Obligatory How Much You brew thread

It's that time of year again.
How much did you brew in 2015? Still got some time to go....get those brews in.

I brewed 100 gallons in 2014, which was the lowest for me in a long time. Well, I broke that record this year by brewing only 60 gallons. I will brew another 10 gallons over the Holidays which will put me in at 70 gallons this year.

Maybe it is quality over quantity :D
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I don't keep the greatest notes anymore, I got lots of staple beers that I just do without making another session in Promash. Best I can tell I only brewed 4-5 times (an all time low) for around 75 gallons. 2016 I'm gonna get back at it full swing. Right now I am in the process of doing a deep clean on my 8 tap serving system. It will be all fresh and ready to go. Currently have 2 home brews and one commercial in my "other" fridge.

One more batch to go before the end of the year and I'll be at 440 gallons. That's about capped out on what my system can do in a year without adding more fermentation capacity.

That's great Nate - at what point do you consider going to a bigger brewhouse?

We can do 2500 bbls on the current brewhouse and with some fermenter increases and double batches we can probably get to 3000 or more.

So a brewhouse is a couple years off probably. We will buy fermenters based on a brewhouse size we predict to be at. Guessing a 20 or 30bbl brewhouse.

We have sold 170 bbls in 2 months now that we are bottling.

That should drop off a little after the new wears off and the holidays are over.

I did 55 gallons this year. I was hoping to get in one more brew day before the end of the year, but couldn't find the time. 2016 should be more active.

I did roughly 70 gallons last year. Had I not been injured for nearly half the year I would have made it close to 150 gallons. Doing IGOR Experiments I should be able to hit 125 gallons this year without too much trouble.

355 gallons for me. Things are slowing down with my kids all grown up and out of the house. Also my wife has Celiac's so she has to be gluten free and cannot drink my beer anymore.
