I must say wow, what a great beer SM Chocolate Bock is. I was sharing some homebrew with a neighbor and he said have you tried SM Chocolate Bock ? No, but I am game, it poured very clear, red hues, aroma is of malt, no chocolate at all. The taste was of chocolate and malt, blended very well together. This beer was five months past it's best to drink date, the guy has been holding out on me.

I have never seen this beer before, is it seasonal, one time offering, or other ?

BEER, a mixture of malted grains, water, hops and yeast, that is transformed through the course of fermentation that transcends the simplicity of those basic ingredients, fundamentally into the drink of life.
