Nate, the local one I mentioned uses a USB stick and a TV for each of the 4 brewers. That way as the brewers add or remove things they just pull the USB, update and put it back in. It works pretty well for them (of course the owner is a venue producer (concerts, recordings and commercials) so he has all the tools already). Their menus are pretty slick and you get all the information about each brew on tap and the server doesn't have to know every detail of them.

I've been there. It's a little hit or miss but some times they have really good and creative beers.

I agree. I haven't been there much since the owner closed the HBS that was part of it (I worked there on Sundays). I stopped discussing recipes with the brewers once they started brewing the beers I was developing.
