Have you ever drunk polish beers? I'm from Poland so I could tell you something. If you want spend a time in Poland you should try beer! For example Tyskie, Żywiec and in Silesia: Raciborskie. Raciborskie is amazing. You could try this beer with honey for example.

I'm sitting in Frankfurt on my way to Kraków, I've had Tyskie and Żywiec any other recommendations I should look for that I can get in Kraków?

Thanks!
Regards
Bruce.

I just drank a Gratzer ale the other day, very impressed. 100% smoked wheat malt, Lublin hops, 4% ABV, a very session able smoke beer.
ON TAP:
1. 1C
2. 4B
3.
4.
5.
6.
Bottled: Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, 16B, 18B, 18E, 19B, 20, 21A, 23, 27
Fermenting:
Next: 5C

BEER, a mixture of malted grains, water, hops and yeast, that is transformed through the course of fermentation that transcends the simplicity of those basic ingredients, fundamentally into the drink of life.

Tyskie, Żywiec YOU ARE GONNA TO BE KIDDING. These beers are unfortunately the mass-product crap. You should try some beers from PINTA or Kormoran.
To want to, is to be able to.
