Brewing Sake

Well i started a 3B Sake kit 2 days ago. It say to stir it every day for 2-3 weeks. but the airlock is not bubbleing so i don't know if it's fermenting. anyone do these kits yet?

I got one only I don't know how to use it. I was thinking of gettin sake yeast from wyeast . What does morebeer say about it?

mine was pretty active for a few days. its been about 10 days now and smells like sake. I'll give it another week or so and then strain it. I kept it wrapped up in a blanket for the first 6 hours to keep it as close to 100? as I could. After 6 hours it was still pretty warm. Could that have been the difference?

A $17 sake kit only makes a quart? I'd rather spend about $10 and have 5 gallons of beer.
