Does sake get better with age? If so, how long (and how long is too long)?

Thanks in advance...

Sake is generally aged in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. It is best consumed as soon as possible after it is released. Store in a cool & dark place. Also consume the entire bottle within a day or so of opening.

Kampai!
