wtf are you thinking?!?

my wife & I have been giving a shot to making sake. my lhbs has a kit, but been thinking about getting a kit from B3. any good books anyone can suggest for a first timer?

Primary:Wiezenbock
sec/bulk age:Bad Blood soured imperial stout
bottled:ABW, Hellhound Ale (BDS w/ horehound),Eddie's Haunted Porter
kegged:dark lager
ready to drink:Strawberry Chardonnay, Big '10, sour brown, Citra APA

i am now considering brewing some sake now that i know an advanced and correct approach to making it. like wine, it seems very easy to screw up. i think im pretty certain i will make this. i see a bucket is key for the hand-mixing of the grain. could one use a whisk? is it impossible for one to use a 5-6 gal carboy?
