Behmor fire!! help

Postby grayviolins » Wed Mar 12, 2014 6:04 am

I may or may not have had a little too much homebrew and fell asleep on a roast that I must have pushed the full pound button for a half pound. I know it is not recommended to use oven cleaner, but do you think I could use it to clean some of the crucial areas so I can get the roaster back to its previous shape. There is a gummy, tar like residue on the sided of the roaster and on the area where the sensor is. You know, the area they say you must keep clean. Its taking way to long to roast anything right now. Any ideas would be helpful.
