What are you currently roasting?

Just wondering what the limited roasters we have on this board are currently roasting?

I like to have three or four varieties to choose from when I want to brew some coffee so right now I'm roasting Guatemalan organic Palo Alto Azul which is currently my favorite bean. I love the strong vanilla, chocolate nutiness of this bean. I'm also roasting Costa Rican Tres Rios which is pretty good but not as good as the Tarrazu in my opinion. My last bean that I'm roasting right now is the Kenya Peaberry Tinganga. I find this bean to be a little too acidic for my taste but it's still very drinkable and packed full of flavor.

So what are you roasting?

I finished up all the old Sweet Marias stuff I had and have been roasting Sulawesi Toraja, Sumatra Retro, Sumatra-Lake Tawar, Sulawesi Kalosi (sp) in rotation and have just roasted my first blend which is a Mocha Java knockoff (supposedly inspired by Yemen Mocha and Estate Java). My wife really enjoyed the first roast off this blend.

I'm roasting up some Monsooned Java Arabica. Quite tasty and tend to take it to the french roast.

I usually do 1# at a time and roast the next when that is almost gone. I tried to up my roast quantity with my super whirley pop, but it turned out to be harder than it looks, so 1 pound is the limit.
Water, Grain, Hops, Yeast: combine, age, consume.

Just got my second 5 lb. sack of Oaxacan Don Eduardo. Love that stuff.

Just finished roasting a pound of Nicaragua Limoncillo Estate - Java Longberry (whew, that's a long one!!) Got a little distracted on the second third of it (takes three batches for me to do a pound), and it got a little darker than I wanted, but it'll still be good in the cup, I think.

I've been working my way through all the Central American selections, and think I prefer beans from Guatemala. Many of the S.A. selections just seem a bit thin to me.
