I have been a home roaster for several years, and I suppose I have become a bit of a coffee snob. It seems of late, when I stop at a so called 'Coffee Shop' and ask them what kind of coffee they are serving, and they dont know, it just plain pisses me off. Its like ordering a sandwitch and not knowing what kind of meat they are putting in it. Does this bother any one else? Or is it just me?

Hey, its good to be a snob. I take my home brew to parties, so beer snob is heard. Life is too short to drink swill, coffee, or beer no difference.
