Mystery Nicaraguan Beans

Postby cooldaddybeck » Wed Apr 12, 2006 10:59 am

My coworker brought back around 10 lbs of green beans direct from a local farmer!

They smell quite good, but how should I go about storing them until they are roasted?

Just a guess, but I'd probably vac-pac in 2-3 lb packs. I wouldn't worry about freezing them or any other treatment. Roast, grind, brew as needed.
