Fun brew last night

So, Geoff Bruce stopped by my house for an hour or so and he was interested in trying some of my Mex Chiapas (since nothing else was roasted) once I mentioned it.

He was pleasantly surprised, not aware that Mexico was "southern" enough to produce decent beans. I think he referred to it mainly as "earthy."

Looks like I'll be sitting in on a brew with him sometime soon as well.
