Correct grind for cupping?

Post by HomeBrewGuy » Sat Apr 14, 2007 10:45 am

I'm wanting to start cupping at home and was wondering about the correct grind for this process. Course? Medium? Fine?

Does anyone else out there do their own cupping?

I take Casey's word on it and go by his notes.

Then again, I order all my beans through MoreCoffee so all the legwork is out of the way already.
