New to the forum and thank every one

First post but it is to thank every one for all the help. I went thru all the posts and yes some of them are from the distant past. I didn't even think the internet existed then. Any way I made a Hef and did my first starter, did my first late addition LME and used a wort chiller for the first time. I will never make a beer again with out doing these things. Flame out was at 4:30 I was able to pitch at 5:00 and by seven the bubbles started.

Welcome to our small family of Home Brewers. Although our numbers are small as to who still post here, the one thing I can say is that we have a solid group of brewers who know their stuff. You also will not find any drama here. We hope you become a regular on this Board.

Cheers

Welcome! Glad to have you!
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
