Keeping a head on your beer

I have been brewing for a couple of years useing the can kits and always had a problem wwith the beer keeping a good head it always started fine but went almost imediatly. For some reason the last brew I did not drink for ten weeks aand all the bottles have a good head and held to the end of the glass. So there really is something to learn every time you do a brew.

The longer you give the CO2 to go into solution, the better the foam will be. See also...
