Head on my brew

Postby PeterNash » Sat Mar 08, 2014 7:51 am

I have been home brewing for two years and am in my 19th brew I use tghe Brew can kits. I find the taste is good its clear but I just cant make a brew that will hold it head as I hate a flat looking beer. I use half a spoon of sugar in the bottle for the secondary I have thought of adding more sugar in the bottle I thought I would ask my learned friends for there thoughts.
