Received the Moose Drool kit from our good hosts so have to get that brewed over Thanksgiving holiday.
Got Two Hearted Ale clone and then the Moose Drool lined up next.....
I've done more brewing in the past few weeks than I did all year.

It's almost time for our annual "how much did you brew" thread; time to stock up.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

I've had brews planned the last 2 of 3 weekends but stuff keeps getting in the way. Fighting a cold right now....not cool.

Fired up the brewery this afternoon at 330p to brew B3's Two Hearted Ale clone. Brewing on a Monday; not sure if I have ever done that before.

Brewed a Brown Moose Ale from our hosts here today. First time trying this kit. All went well and a beautiful day for brewing in NC.

Pushed the Brown Moose Ale to a keg; great aroma, looking forward to seeing how this one tastes.
I also ordered the AG Ugly Fish kit from our hosts. Maybe get that brewed next weekend.

Guys tell me a topic for beginners, I can not find on the forum. Or at least introduce myself.

B3's Ugly Fish IPA; mashed in about 30 mins ago.
i am also cooking a Holiday collard on my 2nd burner. Brewing an IPA and cooking a collard at the same time; that's a Holiday combo!

Drew - we finally got above freezing today and still have snow on the ground. I took advantage of the warmer weather and at least got the snow/ice off my driveway pad in front of the garage this afternoon. Time for Spring!
