Just started heating the water for a simple APA, yesterday we did a saison (wyeast 3711).

I have a slurry of 001 from an APA. Probably do an IPA one day this week, probably on Tuesday AM, but maybe Wednesday.

Just mashed in 10 gal of APA. Also weighed out the grains for another 10 gal of Rye Pale Ale. Maybe get that in today or next week.

I brewed a 2L starter for a Mike's American Amber kit (kit746)that I'll brew when the starter is ready.

Thanks for digging up a nearly two year old thread and reminding me of those sweet days when I had just taken the buy out from my former company and was loaded with cash and sweet, sweet time. :P

I'd add the cultures in the secondary.

I'm brewing IPA and IIPA this week and getting beers ready for the Rocket City Brewfest later on in may. Ya'll come. http://www.rocketcitybrewfest.com/

BTW: I designed the RCBF logo, as well. :mrgreen:

Hopefully Hefeweizen... that's the idea for today, anyway. And planning a Kolsch for very soon, since it needs to lager for a while...

Kolsch doesn't need to lager much more than 2-3 weeks. Any longer than that and you are wasting time.
