0.5 lb Carastan
0.5 lb Carapils
0.5 oz Norther Brewer - 60
0.5 oz Cascade - 30
1 oz Tettnanger - 10
1 oz Amarillo - 5
1 oz Amarillo - dry hop

Looks like a great recipe!
Since it is Day Light Savings time; though, think I will rename it to: "Lose an Hour Pale Ale"

I brewed 30 gallons of Schlenkerla Rauchbier. It is a smoked specialty beer from Bamburg, Germany. I'm guessing it'll be around for the entire summer as 20 gallons of it were for myself.

Mmmmm, Rauchbier. I've tried a few times with success but not SUCCESS. I can't seem to get it quite as smoky even with 80-90% smoked malt....and the right stuff from Germany. I think you are correct. With 20G you will have it for a wile. A few of those go a long way. Not an everyday beer but surely unique.

Mind sharing the recipe?

Brewed 9 gallons of Tart IPA. Kettle soured for 48 hours with Lacto P, then boiled and whirl pooled with Belma hops and will dry hop with them as well. Plan is to keg half and rack half into a carboy with Brett B for 3 months.

Cold crashing the Tart IPA. Decided not to dry hop it as the flavor is near perfect as it is. Nice earthy citrus nose with tart Mandarin Orange and Tangerine flavor.

Transferred my Mead that I started almost 5 months ago. A gallon on to Cinnamon Sticks, one on to 30 oz of Boysenberries, one on to 30 oz of Blackberries, one on to 30 oz of Red Tart Cherries and one gallon of straight Mead.

Kegging 5 gallons of Apple Cider tonight.

Weighed out grain for a Sour Beer for blending into my 2.5 year old Cherry and Pomegranate-Cranberry sours.

Anyone brewing this weekend?
I've got grains weighed out for a Kolsch (but gonna pitch US-05; so not really a Kolsch) and JZ's Brown. Doubt I will brew both; but will get one of them boiling!

I would love to be brewing this weekend! I had a double procedure knee surgery on Wednesday morning... I'm pretty much out of the game for the next 3-5 weeks. Fortunately I prepared and have a full pipeline of kegs.

Thanks Denny! I'm already planning my first brew... Thinking Denny's RyePA would be a good one or perhaps a Peanut Butter Cup Stout!
