Got a quart of Montmorency sour cherry juice concentrate "equals 25 lbs of cherries." Thinking of trying a wine with Lalvin D-47. Any recipes / experiences with doing this? Thanks,

I've used it in a mead a couple of times with good results. Never made a wine out of straight bottles juice though. I'd be interested to know what the starting gravity is?
