Started Red Grape wine today,My S.G. reading was 1.120,2 lbs per gal sugar.4.5 gal. wine.
2 gal.red welch's 100% grape juice,1/2 gal cranberry pom. 100% juice.2 gal. water.2 tsp yeast eng.,1/2 tsp tannin,3 tsp pectic enzyme,5 campden tablets,1/4 tsp sorbic acid,2tsp Acid blend,Oak chips,1 lb raisins,room temp is right at 78 degrees.in 6mo. i'll let you know if I have to let it age longer.
