Yes I am gearing up for another fall batch of wine and am trying to decide as to what yeast cultures to use. I am actually looking at making two batches this year. The first is going to be a merlot with a lug or two of cab (going to make about 27 gals) the second is going to be a Alicante / Zin blend which will be in the neighborhood of a 60 zin to a 40 Alicante. What yeast cultures would go well with these? Also what nutrients?
