Korean Rice Wine

Korean Rice Wine -

Anyone making their own makgeolli - a traditional Korean alcoholic beverage made by combining rice, yeast, and water with a starter culture called nuruk?

I had my first sample tonight at my son in-law's parent's house, who are Korean. It was fabulous and of course my first thought was - can I brew this?

Been checking some articles on the interwebs but thought I would check in here to see if anyone else was brewing it.

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
