I made a small batch of this this just to see and am very happy with it.

Give us the details about how the cocoanut was added, flaked, toasted, extract ?

It was large flakes and I racked the 1 1/2 gallon batch into a carboy with the flakes in it, no toasting or any other prep.

Coconut Cider? Are you sure? I think this taste will be very strange. I recommend you a good drink, aloe cider, very delicious, very nutritious,

Have you tried an extract version of it? I've never tried a flaked version of it, but I had an extract once and it didn't fancy me quite as well. Curious to see if you find a difference. Maybe it's just coconut drinks aren't my thing.
